Spoond Hot Chocolate

Emi, Founder of Spoond, spent a lot of time in Tokyo's rich diverse food culture when she was growing up, and was inspired by the level of creativity and quality. Now, back in Ireland, she is passionate about bringing new things to the Irish food scene.

Spoond is a unqiuely thick and creamy hot chocoalte. It's based on the European style - thicker than the more commonly found American style. Spoond has won a Gold Blas na hÉireann award.
