Garnacha Salsas were created by Andrew, an Irishman, and Andrea, a Mexican woman. During several years of living in Ireland, Andrea couldn't find an authentic salsa. She made her own fresh one daily, adding it to everything she cooked and ate.
The couple decided to travel through Mexico on a culinary journey, learning about traditional techniques and quality ingredients. When they returned to Dublin, Garnacha was born.
