Fused by Fiona began when Founder, Fiona, did an exchange in Japan and travelled around eastern Asia. She instantly fell in love with the food, its simplicity and its flavours. Upon returning to Ireland, she was diagnosed with Cancer and suddenly found that the only food she could feel good eating was Japanese and other Asian food. She became passionate about the healthy lifestyle it promoted and inspiring Irish people to make it too. After publishing a successful cookbook, she released her excellent product range.
