The Workman family harvest their 100% natural organic grains on their farm in Dunany on the east coast of Ireland. Their flour is freshly milled to order, with superior taste and texture. The rye, spelt, and fine wholemeal are created using a stone mill, which soft, fine grain. The coarse flour is traditionally ground to create the nutty wholemeal texture. The Workman’s are interested in both old and new varieties of wheat and are always looking for ways they can experiment and innovate.
