Chimac is the brainchild of Sophie Rooney and Garret Fitzgerald, who fell in love with Korean Fried Chicken while staying in Seoul. The bold, punchy flavours inspired them to open their own restaurant in the heart of Dublin City, where they emulate them with their own recipes. Bottling their hot sauce range was a natural progression. Each flavour is unique, authentic and packed to the brim with both sweet and spicy tones.
